Using ClipRelay
ClipRelay lets visitors create temporary links to public video content and use related sharing features. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and respect the rights of content owners and other people. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original video platforms.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClipRelay for copyright infringement, privacy violations, harassment, threats, illegal content, phishing, spam, malware or other abusive activity. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, evade usage limits or access someone else's private links or credentials.
Videos and ownership
Content remains the property of its original owner. You are responsible for having any rights or permissions needed to share, download or use material. A ClipRelay link can expire without deleting the original video or any copies already made.
API keys and access
Developer API keys may require approval and can be subject to usage limits or expiry. Keep your credentials private. We may suspend or revoke access when needed for safety, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
Reports and moderation
To report copyright, privacy or other concerns, use the Report video option on the relevant clip or visit our Support page. We may investigate and remove or restrict content or access as appropriate.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep ClipRelay available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that third-party videos will remain accessible or playable. The service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled.
